Annabel FALLET joins our Corporate Relations, Partnerships and Recruitment Department

Annabel holds a Master's degree in Chemistry with a specialization in industrial cosmetology from the Institute of Industrial Pharmacy in Lyon. During the first part of her career from 2000 to 2010, she held various positions in Research & Development laboratories. Initially, she worked on the development of cosmetic products at Nuxe and later played a role in implementing a quality management system at Farevacare.

Driven by a deep interest in career support and professional management, she embarked on further studies in 2010 by enrolling in the Human Resources Master's program at IGS Paris.

Maintaining her passion for the scientific sector as a guiding theme throughout her career, from 2011 to 2023, she worked in various HR development roles (recruitment, career management, deployment of HR processes) within Health, Research, and Education organizations in both the public and private sectors. Her experiences include roles at Kelly Scientific, Gustave Roussy Institute, the University of Paris consortium, and the Paris Sud regional office of Inserm. Throughout these experiences, she acted as a true partner to personnel and managers, providing support and advice on a range of strategic HR topics.

Her knowledge and understanding of different industries, ecosystems, and her expertise in recruiting scientific profiles contribute significantly to ABG, serving as a lever for the continuity and development of its recruitment activities
