Development Center

The Development Centre offers practice for a unique recruitment method used by large multinationals and international organizations. It is also an unmatched opportunity for participants to be evaluated on the six essential aptitudes required to work in the field of European cooperation: analytical skills, creativity, teamwork skills, assertiveness, leadership and resistance to stress.

  1. Prepare for an intensive recruitment method, called Assessment Centre
  2. Become aware of the differences between how you see yourself and how others see you
  3. Identify axes of improvement for the six aptitudes assessed


  1. A novel and innovative workshop
  2. Led by experts in occupational psychology
  3. One-on-one interview with one of the trainers to debrief on all the training activities


One and a half days, for groups of 8 trainees

Workshops can be led in English or German

Day 1

Observation of participants from the standpoint of six aptitudes (analytical skills, creativity, teamwork skills, assertiveness, leadership and resistance to stress):

  • Situational training (plenary session, small groups, solo)
  • Individual tests (e.g., logic tests).

Day 2

  • Collective debrief on the Day 1 activities
  • Discussions on the stakes of an assessment centre in a recruitment process
  • One-on-one interviews: each participant meets with a consultant for a debriefing of his or her performance (characteristics observed, identification of axes of improvement)
