Research fellowships between Europe and Japan by Canon Foundation

Canon Foundation awards research grants for highly qualified European and Japanese researchers, for minimum 3 months to maximum 12 months. Apply before September 15.
The Canon Foundation is a philanthropic, grant-making institution, active in the promotion of international culture and scientific relations between Europe and Japan. It has been created in 1987 under the company’s philosophy Kyosei, meaning “living and working together for the general well-being”.

That’s why it awards every year research grants to European and Japanese scientists who do their research in the partner country. All scientific fields are eligible.

Grants are awarded for minimum 3 months and maximum 1 year. If the research stay is shorter than 1 year, the amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Application deadline : September 15. Selection : late December.
