To cope with containment, you have probably put in place tools and a new organization for your PhD students or your team. The challenge now is to hold on in the long term: maintain motivation, team life, and pay attention to each individual in an appropriate way.

ABG invites you to share your experience and your questions during 5 videoconferences dedicated to the supervisors of doctoral candidates and team leaders. True to our philosophy, during these sessions we will provide you with the keys to understanding the human and psychological processes involved. Concretely, 3 axes are envisaged:
