The Partenariat Hubert Curien (PHC) - Aurora 2026 - aims to develop scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between French and Norwegian laboratories, by encouraging the participation of young researchers (PhD candidates and post-doctoral fellows). All scientific fields are eligible for this program, including the humanities and social sciences. The deadline for applications is September 24, 2025.
Aurora is the Partenariat Hubert Curien (PHC) set up in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), and in Norway by The Research Council of Norway.
The funds granted by France (for information, in 2025 the annual funding granted per project to French participants was €4,000) cover the stay (€180/day) and travel (reimbursement of actual expenses up to a limit of €600 per return trip between France and Norway) for French researchers.
