Euroscience

Founded in 1997, Euroscience is an organisation working for the promotion of Science and Technology in Europe.

This organisation represents European scientists of all disciplines (including social sciences and the humanities), in the public sector, universities, research institutes as well as business and industry. It has presently 2 300 members in 40 European countries.

Euroscience was also the founder of ESOF (EuroScience Open Forum), an open platform for debate and communication for the science community of Europe and the World which aims to stimulate the growth of Europe’s knowledge-based economy.

The 3rd ESOF will take place from 18-22 July 2008 in Barcelona, Spain.
