Three new companies have just joined the Foreign Affairs Ministry "Quai d'Orsay-Enterprise" program that aims to attract highly qualified foreign students to France.
France Télécom, one of the world’s largest telecom operators, DCNS, actor on the market of naval defense systems and Alten, which works in the Advanced Technology Consulting and Engineering sector, have just signed partnership agreements with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in the context of the "Quai d'Orsay-Enterprise" program.
This program aims to attract highly qualified foreign students by offering them additional specialized training in either engineering science or sales and management in reputed French institutions. Successful applicants will also do internships in French companies participating in the program, which will allocate them a stipend of about 1000 euros per month. A volunteer from the company will mentor them individually. The Ministry takes care of their social coverage and the Alliances Françaises offers them intensive French courses.

"Quai d'Orsay-Enterprise" associates French companies with a national scholarship program, guaranteeing them a seal of quality and visibility in France as well as abroad. Three new calls for applications, targeting highly-qualified Indian students, have been opened for the 2008-2009 academic year.
The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs contributes the expertise of its cultural and scientific network. It identifies and selects the best candidates in conjunction with Espaces CampusFrance (CEF - Centre pour les Etudes en France procedure), according to the criteria for excellence established by participating schools, the ministry and business.
