Clarisse Faria-Fortecoƫf

An organisation which aims to foster and develop international exchanges of students and researchers, Chinese as foreigners.

Founded in 1989, the CSCSE (Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange) is affiliated to the Ministry of Education (MOE) of People’s Republic of China.

If you are tempted by China, be aware that in 2001, 363 Chinese universities received 61,869 students from 69 countries. Furthermore, Chinese universities especially encourage International students to come to China and study for master, and doctor's degrees.

Need some financial support ? The Chinese government offers various scholarship programs - study and research (including PhD)- in fields as education, science and technology, culture, economy and trade.

Your research relates to Chinese culture? The Chinese culture research program finances visits to China (no more than five months) of foreign researchers in connection with their research either under the guidance of Chinese tutors or in collaboration with Chinese scholars. Thus, do not hesitate to check out the heading “The scholarship system” where you will find all information about application channels, time and methods.
