LEEM, the French pharmaceutical companies association, offers two tools to help you become more familiar with pharma and biotechnology careers.
LEEM is the French professional organization for the pharmaceutical industry. It has 300 member companies, representing 98.7 % of the medicinal activity in France. Founded in 2002, it replaced the Syndicat National de l'Industrie Pharmaceutique (SNIP).
On its website, LEEM offers two useful tools to find out about career opportunities in this industry: a directory of pharma careers, last updated in September 2009, and a new directory of biotechnology careers. The former has 105 career fact sheets, the latter 16.
These directories have a search engine that directs you to fact sheets offering missions, the main activities, recruitment profiles and professional mobility opportunities for each position. The fact sheets can be downloaded as PDF files.
