Poste et missions

Main Focus and Challenges

The postdoctoral candidate will conduct analyses of next-generation sequencing data from ivosidenib and vorasidenib clinical trial biopsy samples.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluation of genetic variability using RNAseq data from clinical samples
  • Assessment of alternative splicing and possibly gene fusions from exome-capture RNAseq data
  • Analysis of mutational signatures, MSI, and tumor mutational burden in cancer panel DNAseq data from clinical samples without matched germline samples
  • Apply the above technologies to data from the ivosidenib and vorasidenib clinical trials, with the goal of delivering potential biomarkers and combination strategies to the programs
  • Publish both the technological and biological findings from this work

Mobilité géographique :





  • Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Biology, Statistics, or a related field

Professional experience

  • Experience translating Bioinformatics analysis results into new biological insights, propose next experiments, and enable program decisions
  • Experience in processing and analysis of next-generation sequencing data (RNA, DNA, and/or DNA methylation)
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Plotly, R-Shiny, Dash, Spotfire, etc).
  • Working experience in Translational Science and handling of patient genomic data is preferred
