BIOMAE, société française créée en 2014, est un essaimage du Laboratoire d’écotoxicologie d’INRAE de Lyon (www6.lyon-grenoble.inrae.fr/riverly-ecotox/). En 2020, Biomae a rejoint le Groupe CARSO, co-leader des services analytiques en France (www.groupecarso.com/).Notre laboratoire est basée à Château-Gaillard (Ain) et regroupe une vingtaine de collaborateurs.

Biomae cherche un(e) ingénieur(e) R&D.

Vous disposez d’un doctorat et/ou d’une expérience en post-doctorat de préférence en écotoxicologie ou toxicologie, ou en biologie des organismes aquatiques / santé de l’environnement / biotechnologie et vous souhaitez conduire les projets de développement d’un laboratoire d’écotoxicologie tournée vers l’innovation et des applications opérationnelles ? Dans le cadre du LPA (Laboratoire Partenarial Associé) avec le laboratoire d’écotoxicologie d’INRAE de Lyon, vous serez partie prenante du projet de Recherche et Développement ayant comme objectif général le développement et la validation de nouvelles applications de diagnostic écotoxicologique chez le gammare autour de 2 axes de développement :

Sensibilité entre populations et espèces de gammares : Généralisation des référentiels de contamination et de toxicité à d’autres populations de gammares et à d’autres espèces. Etudier et comprendre la variabilité de réponses intra- et inter-spécifiques.

Etude de la contamination et de la toxicité de polluants chez le gammare : Développement de protocoles et validation normative de nouveaux bioessais de laboratoire chez le gammare pour l’évaluation de substances, produits et matrices environnementales (effluents, sédiments)

Vous réaliserez l’animation scientifique, la planification technique, le suivi et le reporting des activités de R&D en lien avec le Directeur de Biomae et les chercheurs d’INRAE. Vous participerez également à l’établissement de la feuille de route stratégique pour orienter les développements.

Vous coordonnerez en lien avec le Directeur de Biomae et les chercheurs d’INRAE les activités R&D avec le support technique/scientifique des équipes du laboratoire d’INRAE et de Biomae mis à disposition dans le cadre du LPA.

Vous participerez activement aux réunions de standardisation au sein des instances de normalisation internationales ISO et OCDE.

Vous valorisez les résultats des activités de R&D en rédigeant des rapports et des publications scientifiques.

Vous justifiez de compétences et d’appétences pour la gestion de projets.

Vous êtes vif, motivé, créatif et ambitieux à l’image de Biomae dans ses projets de développement. Vous aimez communiquer, ce qui vous permet d’animer des réunions scientifiques/techniques et de fédérer l’équipe autour d’objectifs communs. Vous voyez dans les problèmes la recherche de nouvelles solutions, savez anticiper/identifier/hiérarchiser les problèmes et mettre à contribution l’intelligence collective de l’équipe pour y remédier.

Biomae is looking for an R&D engineer. You will carry out scientific animation, technical planning, monitoring and reporting of R&D activities in connection with the director of Biomae and Inrae researchers. You will also participate in the establishment of the strategic roadmap to guide developments. You will coordinate in connection with the director of Biomae and the researchers of INRAE R&D activities with the technical/scientific support of the teams of the Inrae and Biomae laboratory made available within the framework of the LPA.

You will actively participate in standardization meetings within the ISO and OECD international standardization bodies. You value the results of R&D activities by writing scientific reports and publications.
