About us

Human Systems Immunology & Inflammatory Networks Team is a dynamic interdisciplinary team with internationally recognized expertise at the interface of systems biology and immunology. We are located at Saint-Louis Hospital campus, in the lively neighbourhoods of Republique and Saint Martin channel. 

We seek a Scientific Project Manager to coordinate and manage a diverse research portfolio, directly interacting with Pr. Vassili Soumelis. Detailed tasks include: 

• Follow the researchers’ progress, assist them in problem-solving, manuscript writing 

• Represent the team at local and international conferences and project-related meetings 
• Collaborate with the institutional administration to monitor human resources and financial expenses
• Scientific writing, including research manuscripts, reviews, and reports to funding bodies  
• Support the organization of data management in collaboration with the team’s computational biologists
• Initiate and coordinate scientific collaborations with relevant academic and industrial partners
• Contribute to project funding through active grant writing in diverse biomedical areas
• Coordinate and animate scientific events (meetings, seminars, courses, workshops, retreats)

About you: 

• Experienced in immunology (Ph.D.)
• Excellent writing skills 
• Organized and reactive in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment 
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively delegate tasks within a team
• Independent thinker, setting goals and meeting deadlines 
• Team spirit, excellent communication skills
• Bilingual French-English speaker would be a plus
