Gleamer develops state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence algorithms to make a transformative impact in healthcare.

Our first product is an AI-based diagnosis workstation for radiologists to improve their proficiency and productivity. We use cutting-edge deep learning algorithms to help radiologists quickly detect abnormalities in X-rays with very high sensitivity. Our algorithms aim at preventing most missed lesions while freeing up time for radiologists to spend with patients.

Poste et missions

We are looking for a talented Clinical Research Scientist genuinely motivated by transforming healthcare practices and outcomes for patients, with a strong scientific background and a real taste for applied clinical research. The goal is to launch and drive clinical studies with our key partners and demonstrate our product value & impact.

We believe that an acute critical spirit is an imperative, to advise and deep dive on clinical evaluations of our solution in various environments, eventually impacting millions of patients. We lay great importance on the ability to present and communicate effectively, as you will collaborate closely with radiologists, emergency doctors, healthcare institutions, marketing, research engineers and developers.

Autonomy is a must to get involved in a fast pace structure with the opportunity to grow responsibilities quickly.

Prise de fonction :




  • Ph.D. in computational science or experimental sciences with experience in hospital/clinic.
  • Track record of publications in top-tier scientific journals and conferences.
  • Sound and operational knowledge in statistics.
  • Strong reasoning abilities, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage with ease in new discussions with Healthcare professionals
  • Ability to synthesize and popularize information for various audiences
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally

On the plus side…

  • Experience with clinical studies involving novel softwares
  • Machine learning background/understanding
  • Good command of Python, experience with databases
  • Third European or Asian language



Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and discuss new opportunities for relevant clinical studies with Key Opinions Leaders (KOLs)
  • Design protocols of clinical and regulatory studies, supervise and take part in study execution.
  • Conduct statistical analyses and interpret algorithmic results. Assist doctors and take part in the writing of scientific publications.
  • Maintain luminary sites and help to establish Gleamer’s Brand and clinical excellence
  • Popularize results and extract relevant information to assist marketing in building effective collaterals
  • Present & support KOLs in national & international conferences/congresses and webinars
  • Provide feedbacks to R&D team on product evolutions
