Country Day Mexico

Clarisse Faria-Fortecoëf

An event organized by the Campus France Agency and the French Embassy in Mexico on October 1st, 2013 at the Alliance Française in Paris.

If France is the third host country of Mexican students (about 2,500 visas issued every year), French students in Mexico, are the main international student group in this country which also hosts every year over 200 researchers from the CNRS.

France and Mexico continue to work to develop new forms of collaboration (fostering doctoral mobility, joint degrees, institutional agreements between the two countries) in order to strengthen academic exchange and student, teachers and researchers mobility.

In this context and in the framework of the mission for Mexican presidents of universities in France, from September 29th to October 4th, 2013, the Country Day Mexico on October 1st, 2013 will be organized around presentations on the Mexican higher education, a local system in full change and a renewed Franco-Mexican scientific and higher education cooperation in the morning, and on individual meetings with presidents in the afternoon.

If you wish to attend this Country Day, you must register before August 1, 2013.
