LCPC PhD openings

PhD openings at the Laboratoire Central des Ponts et Chaussées (LCPC) are available online on its web site: www.lcpc.fr 

They are related to the institution's main priorities:
- Road security 
- Environment friendly materials and structures
- Environment and natural risks
- Diagnostics and maintenance of infrastructures
- Tools and methods of public works 

Among these 59 PhD openings, 9 will be under Cifre agreements (with companies) and 31 will be under LCPC fellowships (11 of them on research contracts). LCPC fellowships amount to 1 764 € gross per month in first and 2 058 € second year and in third year (Since January 1, 2009).
Concerned sites are Paris, Nantes, Marne-la-Vallée (Navier Institute), Versailles-Satory (LIVIC) and Rouen (LRPC).
