Grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China

In accordance with the Government's guiding principles, policies and plans for the national development of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) directs, coordinates and financially supports basic research.
The development of international scientific cooperation by fostering exchanges, is one of the key objectifs of the NSFC.

Under the pilot program which will be launched, 50 international young researchers will be invited in China and financially supported for a period of 6 to 12 months. 
The total budget will amount to 10 million yuan (approximately €1 million).
