For its second edition, two themes have been selected: "biodiversity and human health" and "sustainable development, water and innovation".
First prize in each category is 30,000 SEK (about 3,000 euros) and a grant for a one-month research internship; second prize is 15,000 SEK (1,500 euros) and third prize 5,000 SEK (500 euros).

Furthermore, this prize has received the support of L’Oréal Sverige AB and Veolia Vatten AB.

The application deadline is August 15, 2010. The prize award ceremony will be held on November 18.
