EUA Report on doctoral programs in Europe

The European University Association (EUA) has published a report entitled “Doctoral Programmes in Europe's Universities: Achievements and Challenges."Emphasizing the need to attract and keep top quality young researchers in Europe, the EUA in particular recommends that universities and public authorities improve supervision and assessment practices, promote international doctoral researcher mobility and include transferable skills development at every level of doctoral education.
