The Irene Joliot-Curie Prize aims at promoting women in research and technology in France. Registration deadline until December 31, 2009.Founded in 2001 by the French Ministry of higher education and research and supported by the EADS Foundation since 2004, the Irene Joliot-Curie Prize aims at promoting women in research and technology in France and at highlighting women's exemplary scientific career paths marked by excellence and dynamism.
In 2009, the Irene Joliot-Curie Prize featured three categories:
- Woman in company career path
- Young woman scientist
- Women scientist of the year
Registration deadline is set for December 31, 2009.
Each one of the award-winners will receive €10,000.
