The only condition to apply is to hold a Master degree before October 2010.

All topics are, of course, available online. They are split into the three Institute's major priorities :
- Mobility, Energy, Environment
- Quality, Safety and Optimization of Transportation Systems
- Transport and health

INRETS fellowships amount to 1,722€ gross per month.

First session deadline for application: April 1, 2010.
