Ifremer PhD grants

The French Institute for Exploitation of the Sea, Ifremer, is offering 28 thesis topics available online until 1 July 2010.Ifremer is offering PhD grants to young academics and engineers holding a Master 2 or equivalent degree. Of a monthly gross amount of 1900 euros (in 2010) they will be awarded for a maximum of 3 years and cannot be awarded in conjunction with other grants.
The application form is available online on the Ifremer website as are the 28 thesis topics, which will be posted on the site until July 1, 2010.
