Scarcell Therapeutics is a fast-growing biotech startup developing an innovative allogeneic cell therapy platform to address unmet clinical needs, with a focus on osteoarthritis (OA). Our technology is based on human gingival fibroblasts, known for their regenerative properties and safety profile, making them ideal for therapeutic applications.

Position and assignments

We are currently seeking a Master’s-level researcher or engineer (junior or senior) with strong cell culture experience to join our Research team, working closely with the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute experimental protocols designed by the CSO
  • Contribute to in vivo studies and animal model experiments
  • Independently conduct, analyze, and interpret experimental results
  • Collaborate on data analysis and reporting
  • Present findings through written reports and oral presentations
  • Assist in drafting research proposals and documentation

Profile

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in biotechnology, biomedical sciences, bioengineering, or equivalent engineering diploma
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in adherent cell culture (e.g., fibroblasts, MSCs)
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and lab compliance
  • Knowledge of animal health data structures is a plus
