It has a long-standing experience in medicinal chemistry/chemical biology as well as an extensive record of accomplishment for developing preclinical candidates.

Position and assignments
Within a European project framework (EJPRD/ERDERA), the candidate will synthesize analogues of a lead compound to develop a preclinical candidate for the treatment of a rare disease (Diamond-Blackfan anemia)

Profile
The candidate should have a PhD or Engineer diploma in organic chemistry with a strong experience in multi-step heterocyclic organic synthesis.
A preliminary experience in medicinal chemistry will be an asset.He (she) must be self-motivated, hard-working, independent thinker and have good communication skills and a good team spirit.
Goals
Within a 18-month period, the candidate should optimize an existing hit with respect to potency and ADMET properties and propose atttactive candidates for regulatory preclinical investigations.
