Participate in the Science Slam of DAAD
Are you a Master's student or doctoral candidate passionate about your field? You have a creative mind and are interested in explaining in 3 minutes your research project in a simple and attractive way, with some humor to a lay audience? Participate in the Science Slam organised by DAAD on the 23rd of January.
What is it?
The concept is very simple: explaining in 3 minutes your project in a funny, clear, concise and convincing way. In order to catch the attention of the audience and jury, you can use whatever you need beyond the traditional PowerPoint presentation: costumes, accessories, real-time experiences, games with the audience...
This is the first edition of a science slam organised by DAAD, in partnership with the public relations of the German Embassy. The contest enables you to present your project in the language of your choice (French, German, English) to a curious audience and diversified jury.
You feel comfortable speaking in public and you wish to overcome your limits? Participate in this first edition and win great prizes!
The event takes place in the premises of Allemagne Diplomatie, on the 23rd of January at 6:30 pm.
How to apply?
Master's students and doctoral candidates can apply.
The project can be presented in one of the 3 languages: French, German or English
