Research in Paris, City of Paris Fellowships for Foreign Researchers

The city of Paris offers 70 fellowships to foreign researchers –mainly postdoctoral scientists– invited for a limited period by Parisian public laboratories. Deadline for application: March 8, 2010.This fellowship programme aims at supporting new collaborations or existing cooperations between Parisian and foreign research laboratories.
The call for applications (deadline: March 8, 2010) is open to foreign researchers who hold a PhD and don't already live in France. The fellowships will be given to junior researchers (ie: postdoctoral researchers who obtained their PhD within the last five years), for stays ranging from 3 to 12 months. The fellowships will be awarded to senior researchers for 2 to 6-month stays. The fellowships amount to 2500€ per month for postdocs and 3000€ per month for senior researchers.
