A Hungarian organization aiming at encouraging international cooperation and mobility in the education, training, RTD (Research, Technology and Development) and Human Resources fields.The Tempus Public Foundation (TPF) is a non-profit organization established in 1996 by the Hungarian Government, with the task of managing international cooperation programmes (Erasmus/Mundus, Tempus etc.) and special projects in the field of education, training and EU-related issues.
In order to encourage cooperation between foreign and Hungarian institutions, the TPF provides among others, an online help in partner search.
So, if you are looking for a Hungarian partner for your project, you can on the organization’s website (“Partner search” section), browse the existing list (coordinating institutions, project topics…) and/or add yours to it.
Furthermore, a guide for international students, teachers and researchers is available on the section “study in Hungary”. You can find there information about sights of country’s culture and institutions, everyday life, as well as a list of useful links (accomodation, embassies, information for students, etc.).
Also interesting, the office of Alumni for Europe Network (AfE) which could be an useful resource for you as it aims among others, to contribute to the employment of graduate students by advising and establishing contact with employers.
