A new website for innovation in the Franche-Comté region
Laurent Cousin
The Franche-Comté region and Oséo are launching the website innover-en-franche-comte.fr, a unique information provider for engines of innovation in the area. For project developers and other entrepreneurs, information gathering is a must, but it is also an obstacle course. In short, it takes time and, as they say, time is money. To remedy this, a few weeks ago the Franche-Comté region and Oséo (public agency for the funding and support of small- and medium-size business) launched a website bringing together all the information these companies could possibly need: innover-en-franche-comte.fr.
The website, which aims to support and develop innovation for entrepreneurs, networks all the economic players in the Franche-Comté region. It provides information, contact details, useful services and guides as well as a forum for innovation actors. It lists over 200 organizations and 400 contacts.
The website provides regional, national and international news, information on funding and on the region's competitive clusters with calls for projects and even video accounts by chief executives.
