ABG, a longstanding partner of the CiUP and a guest of its Welcome Desk Paris, is offering you a meeting, on September 30 and October 17, 2025, from 1 pm to 5:30 pm, and October 9 from 2pm to 5 pm at the CIUP. Registration will be open soon!

THE WELCOME DESK PARIS 2025 AT CIUP: FROM SEPTEMBER 8 TO october 31, 2025

The Welcome Desk Paris is an event that will take place from September 8 to October 31, 2025 at the CiUP (with or without appointments) and online.

The Welcome Desk Paris enables students, PhD candidates and young international researchers (all levels and all disciplines) :

to carry out their administrative procedures (residence permits, health insurance, employment, accommodation...) online through accessing content, a chat, a webtv;
if needed, to make appointments with the participants of the Welcome Desk Paris (CAF, CPAM, Pôle Emploi...);
to get information and advice about existing career integration mechanisms;
to find out about daily life in Paris, sports and cultural activities, student communities...

ABG AT THE WELCOME DESK PARIS 2025

ABG is an association supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, which is also a longstanding partner of the CIUP. As an expert in the professional integration of PhD holders, as well as their career development, we encourage you to come and meet us on September 30 and October 17, 2025, from 1 pm to 5:30 pm, for a conference on designing a career plan and flash interviews.

The conference will be held in French, but you can ask your questions in English.
