Work with ABG on your European project
Are you leading a European project as part of a doctoral or postdoctoral programme, or planning to (re)submit a proposal soon? ABG can support you as a partner or contributor in an ongoing project.
Since 2017, ABG has been accredited as a “Euraxess Career Development Center” by the European Commission. We take part in different types of European projects serving researchers, in which we deploy our expertise around the following areas:
- doctoral training;
- career development;
- mobility.
In particular, we provide support through training and guidance for your doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers in the following areas:
- exploring non-academic career opportunities;
- team management and researcher supervision;
- intercultural integration of new international recruits.
[We also provide support for your project’s communication, as well as advice on the recruitment process.]

The MSCA [Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions] calls are open, including:
- [MSCA Cofund] open until 8 April 2026;
- [Postdoctoral Fellowships] open from 9 April until 9 September 2026;
- [MSCA Doctoral Networks] open from 28 May until 24 November 2026.
What we offer
- the international scope of recruitment;
- the synergies planned with the Euraxess network;
- how the future career development of recruited researchers is taken into account, as well as the training plan designed for that purpose.
That is why we offer a range of services aligned with the expectations and constraints of both evaluators and project coordinators.
In practical terms, our offer includes:
- publishing the call for applications for international researchers on the ABG website and exporting vacancies to partner websites, notably Euraxess Jobs;
- communication activities across a range of web channels (newsletters, social media), as well as the distribution of print materials at numerous events;
- tailor-made training courses [delivered in English] for doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers, covering a wide range of topics: building a career plan, the employment market for PhDs, showcasing research experience and skills, international mobility, applications and recruitment processes, networking and social media…
- a training course for supervisors of doctoral candidates recruited under the European programme;
- support for researchers’ spouses/partners [aimed at applicants with at least Master’s level] in working on their career plans and job search – an important factor for young researchers when choosing a host institution
