Le projet vise à examiner comment l'histoire de maltraitance maternelle peut perturber les interactions précoces mère-enfant et le développement du lien d'attachement. Il s'intéresse au développement de l'attachement désorganisé dans les interactions mère-enfant à deux échelles temporelles : micro (secondes) et macro (mois). Il propose de conceptualiser les perturbations liées à l'histoire de maltraitance maternelle comme une désorganisation dyadique, dont les principaux marqueurs interactionnels sont l'imprévisibilité et le figement. Il s'appuie sur un codage micro-temporel des états dyadiques mère-enfant, afin de caractériser les liens entre l'imprévisibilité et le figement dyadiques à 3 et à 9 mois et : (i) l'histoire de maltraitance, la sensibilité au contexte, et les expériences dissociatives maternelles à 3 et à 9 mois et (ii) l'attachement désorganisé de l'enfant à 12 mois. Les résultats permettront d'éclairer les phénomènes intergénérationnels liés à la maltraitance et de soutenir la pertinence de l'approche conceptuelle et méthodologique proposée, susceptibles de contribuer à ouvrir une nouvelle perspective pour le champ.

The project aims to examine how maternal history of maltreatment may disrupt early mother-infant interactions and the development of attachment. It focuses on the development of disorganized attachment within mother-infant interactions across two temporal scales: micro (seconds) and macro (months). The project proposes to conceptualize disturbances associated with maternal maltreatment history as a form of dyadic disorganization, with two primary interactional markers: unpredictability and freezing. Using micro-coding of mother–infant dyadic states, the study aims to characterize the associations between dyadic unpredictability and freezing at 3 and 9 months and: (i) maternal maltreatment history, context sensitivity, and maternal dissociative experiences at 3 and 9 months, and (ii) infant disorganized attachment at 12 months. The findings will help clarify intergenerational mechanisms associated with maltreatment and support the relevance of the proposed conceptual and methodological approach, potentially contributing to open a new perspective within the field.
