The French National Research Agency (ANR) and the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture (FRQSC) launch a bilateral call for proposals aiming at strengthening the collaboration between researchers from France and Quebec, and at developing excellent transnational research projects that could not be carried out outside of an international cooperation framework.
